Need some inspiration? Here’s some examples of some of the brilliant stuff that our supporters have done for us!

The City of London have been working to supporting the Trust this year in numerous ways. Their Apprentice Group got creative in the kitchen recently, holding a cake sale with an amazing turnout, managing to raise more than £350. They also raised over £700 in a raffle and have plenty more exciting activities lined up!

Members of the team at Stride Recruitment walked 75 miles in 25 hours from their offices in Portsmouth to the Stephen Lawrence Centre in London to mark the 25th anniversary year of Stephen’s death. This is the second consecutive year that the Stride team have raised vital funds to support the Trust’s annual Stephen Lawrence Bursary Awards.

Two good friends, and recent graduates, Junior and Musa, embarked on a 270 mile cycling trip from Amsterdam to Luxembourg City which took approximately six days. They cycled through three different countries and slept overnight in a mixture of campsites and hostels. The event was a massive success, and they were able to raise £1386.54.

“We know people who have benefited from the Trust’s support programmes. It is up to all of us to re-establish a sense of community, and through The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust we can achieve this.”
